Walt disco's self-titled album pulls you into their high-velocity world - offering deluxe design on their standard CD edition. 'walt disco' turns years’ worth of graft to the band's artistic advantage; songs grapple with the disorientation of growing up (amidst gender dysphoria, changing relationships, a volatile industry) but eventually land in a place of gratitude and acceptance. The kind of fearlessly ambitious, alt-rock opus that could come from no other group. Including the raw and electric single 'Coup de foudre' and new release 'Lies'. This digisleeve CD edition includes a printed outer sleeve, featuring the album’s striking artwork, plus custom CD artwork, outer sticker and a fold-out double-sided lyric sheet incorporating images of the band. Eagle-eyed fans may recognise the cover image; a close up textural shot of a bespoke rubber bodice created out of old bike tyres by Glasgow-based designer Spyro, as worn by Jocelyn in the music video for ‘Coup de foudre’.
