ME REX is a three-piece UK indie band from London and Brighton, consisting of Myles McCabe (guitar, keys, vocals), Phoebe Cross (drums, vocals), and Rich Mandell (bass, keys, vocals). Originally a solo project by McCabe, it evolved into a full band in 2019 with the addition of Cross, Mandell, and Kathryn Woods. The band is known for its distinctive blend of introspective lyrics, "surging, gargantuan hooks," and experimental song structures, often weaving in themes of friendship, forgiveness, and myth.
