Gimp Fist, Puncturists and Indignation Meeting are getting together for a pre-Christmas knees up at The Fulford Arms in York this December - what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than a good old punk party!?
GIMP FIST are a North East three-piece punk band with deep street punk roots. Their lead guitarist and chief songwriter drives their sound, and their lyrics typically deal with topics related to the daily lives of working class people in Britain.
THE PUNCTURISTS are a female-fronted 4 piece melodic garage punk band whose sound has a solid "old school" 1977 punk heritage, but with a definite foothold in the contemporary scene.
INDIGNATION MEETING are a multi-generational band from Leeds, led by teenage singing drummer Peter, who writes catchy songs with witty lyrics mostly about railways. These punk-loving train enthusiasts have two albums out on Damaged Goods Records, and have also released a couple of singles – including a train-themed Christmas 7”
